Wolf Racing Cars on pole at the 6 Hours of Rome
10/11/2018 – Wolf’s domination at the 6 Hours of Rome continues: the pole position went once again to the factory driver Ivan Bellarosa and co-equiper Guglielmo Belotti on the #45 Wolf GB08 Tornado that posted an amazing time of 1’27”422s at an average speed of 168,180 Km/h, which is one of the quickest times in the history of this 6 Hours race.
This is a historic pole position for Wolf colors. The official Avelon Formula team secured today the fourth pole position in five participations, three of which in a row. This supremacy was also emphasized by the big gap inflicted to the nearest rivals: the Norma turbo is 3’’658 shy of the Wolf car.
Giovanni Bellarosa (Wolf Racing Cars, General Manager):
“We are really happy for the pole position obtained today, which confirms once more the technical supremacy of the Wolf GB08 Tornado. The 6 Hours of Rome is a race in which we have always been strong and we hope, considering the big gap we have on our rivals, to be competitive tomorrow too”.
