Avelon Formula at the 6 Hours of Rome

31/10/2014 – Wolf Racing Cars and works team Avelon Formula are all set for an hectic season finale. Two cars have already set off to Yas Marina, where the 12 Hours of Abu Dhabi is scheduled for 13 December, while the 6 Hours of Rome is in an advanced stage of definition. In this occasion, Luca Pirri Ardizzone will make his debut at the wheel of the number 45 Wolf GB08 sharing the wheel with Ivan Bellarosa and another driver that is to be announced shortly.

Luca Pirri Ardizzone has a solid career at his back, started from smaller formulas before moving to professional motor-racing in the most prestigious GT and endurance championships, also at the wheel of LMP2 prototypes.

Giovanni Bellarosa (Wolf Racing Cars, General Manager):
“We are happy on being back to race in the 6 Hours of Rome and we agree on having Sport cars back to this race, where we aim to be among the absolute protagonists. We wish to welcome Luca Pirri Ardizzone in the works team, he is a talented and experienced driver that certainly will be competitive after acquiring some confidence with the Wolf GB08 and with a new category”.
