Wolf Racing Cars’ balance of mid season

15/07/2015 –It is time for the mid season balance at Wolf Racing Cars.

In the European Le Mans Series, Josè Ibanez (FRA) and Ivan Bellarosa (ITA) have always scored points in the three races run so far on the number 45 Oreca 03 branded Wolf and team Ibanez Racing is eighth in the classification with 16 points. The debut in the 24 Hours of Le Mans has been a positive one too, as the race was ended in eighth place of class LM P2.

In Belcar Trophy, the Wolf GB08 run by the works team Avelon Formula is dominating with Ivan Bellarosa, who is leading the classification with full haul at 100 points, six more than the closest rivals. The lineup Kumpen/Longin/Belien is also in the top ten, in P9 as the other Wolf GB08 scored 64 points.

The dominion of the Wolf GB08 is also extended to the 3 Hours Endurance Champions Cup, where it holds the monopoly of the top two positions of category Bronze. Davide Amaduzzi (ITA) and Luca Pirri (ITA) are leading the classification with 81 points, while Nicola De Val (ITA) follows them at 66. A further satisfaction came in the round of Misano, where Belotti-De Val got the absolute victory for Avelon Formula’s colors.

In Supercar Challenge, the lineup Schumacher/Van Splunter of Bas Koeten Racing is leading thanks to two victories, while in the Portuguese Championship CNV, José Pedro Faria (POR) and Miguel Cristóvão (POR) are in the fight for the title on the Wolf GB08 run by team CRM Motorsport, as they currently are second only a few points short of the lead.

Ending the 24 hours in the top ten has been another cause of pride which confirmed our potential”.
